During the bridal fair last February, Mox and I booked Suarez for our wedding rings. One month later, we received a text that our rings were ready for pickup! It is still more than a year before our wedding, but they already made our rings. In fact, if we pay them in full now, we can already take our rings home! Diba, ang excited lang. Haha!
And so, we went to their branch at Gateway at around 6:00pm to see our rings. Our AE was there and he quickly showed us the finished product.
I love our rings! They are exactly how we envisioned them to be: simple yet elegant. I'm not a fan of diamond-encrusted rings, so a single diamond on each ring is perfect. Also, the rings look so pretty on our fingers! And the most important thing of all, hindi nagmukhang bading si Mox pag suot ang ring. Hahaha!
I was actually feeling nervous at first because I've heard so many horror stories on wedding ring deceptions. Some brides say their wedding rings would have different specs from the mock-ups shown during bridal fairs or from what they originally discussed with their ring suppliers. And if they insist that the original specs must be followed, they could be charged extra for that! Nakakaloka diba? Now I'm no expert in jewelry, so I'm not sure how to tell if I am being conned or not. I just crossed my fingers and hoped that we got the best supplier for us.
Luckily, Suarez didn't fail our expectations. Our wedding rings are perfect! They have slightly rounded edges and fit comfortably on our fingers, just liked what we discussed when we booked them. Also, our rings are slightly heavier than usual, but not so heavy that they would be uncomfortable to wear. Bagay na bagay sa amin talaga.
Since we were already at their office, we paid another P2,000 to lessen our outstanding balance. And because our wedding is still far away, we decided to let Suarez keep them first. We'll probably get them by January next year once we have fully paid for them.
Seeing our rings in person made me realize that this is it, I'm truly getting married! Now I can't wait for that day to come! :)
